Quotes and pricing
Prices shown or quoted depend on product, quantity and customisation and are subject to market conditions. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Prices are in Indian Rupees and applicable taxes are charged as per law.
Customisation
Customised products are made to the names, spellings, wording and logos you confirm with us. Please check these carefully when you place the order; we are not responsible for errors in details you supplied. You confirm you have the right to use any logos or marks you send us.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once you confirm the details and we receive the agreed payment or advance. Production starts after confirmation.
Product images
Product photos are representative. Minor variations in colour, finish and dimensions may occur due to handcrafting and material batches.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
